Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Experience in outbound calling and sales preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
