Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services
  • Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Experience in outbound calling and sales preferred
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
