As a key member of the Field Services Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through outstanding customer service to create better patient outcomes.

Service a territory where you will be supporting the Sales Team representing our Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) and Consignment Inventory business.


We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a background in inventory management and a passion to achieve excellent customer service to join us as a Medical Equipment Delivery and Inventory Specialist who will service Western Massachusetts and parts of Northern Connecticut, while also having inventory responsibility at several consignment locations.

WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Delivers and performs setup of required equipment in the patient's residence in accordance with the prescribing physician's order.
  • Provides appropriate information to the patient and/or caregiver related to the setup, features, routine use, troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Maintains inventory and related documentation for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) consignment locations.
  • Actively maintains operational targets/metrics, collaborating with Sales and Operations to overcome challenges.
  • Effectively communicates with customers using multiple platforms, responding appropriately to business scenarios, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

  • A strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with patient care and/or customer service.
  • General working knowledge of customer servicerelated practices required.
  • Previous experience or successful completion of factory training form home medical equipment (HME) preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management software and/or order processing systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and orthotic products strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Assumes oncall responsibilities during nonbusiness hours.
WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?

  • Required to travel up to 95% of the time but overnight travel is not required.
  • Includes considerable time spent traveling in car as dictated by territory.
  • Must be willing to travel to various local clinic sites and patient homes, using companyprovided vehicle, upon request as dictated by territory.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Field based (i.e., patient homes, hospitals, clinics, etc.).
  • This job involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
