What to expect from us:
- Accompany and coordinate the development of components/assemblies
- Conduct coordination (content and timing) with departments and external companies
- Ensure timely, functional, and economically appropriate provision of parts/assemblies
- Create and review schedules, as well as cost checks and tracking based on development and research assignments
- Evaluate experiments and implement and monitor improvements/alternatives
- Design plastic injection molded parts
- Perform functional and tolerance chain analysis for parts/assemblies
What you need to be successful with us:
- Completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, or related fields
- Experience in designing and constructing plastic injection molded parts with high technical and/or optical requirements (for the consumer goods industry)
- Experience with methods for finding solutions to mechanical/mechatronic problems
- 3D design, preferably with Solid Edge
- Proficiency in using GPS (Geometric Product Specification)
- Proficiency in MS Office
