    The Non-qualified Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing and quality review of complex participant level transactions on non-qualified retirement accounts record kept in Metrix and Pega systems. These transactions include census files, deferral rosters, enrollment, and distribution processing. In addition, the specialist role supports wire monitoring, client reporting and other non-transaction based tasks.

    What you will do

    • Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals
    • Process and quality review complex transactions; including owning a designated book of business supporting highly visible and/or complex clients
    • Support wire monitoring, client reporting and other non-transaction based tasks
    • Identify, raise, and implement improvements to processes

    What you will bring

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Finance, or similar field
    • 1 - 2 years of non-qualified plan related experience in operational processing
    • Demonstrated understanding of non-qualified products and the industry, including 409a guidelines
    • Demonstrated excellence and attention to detail in complex transaction processing

    Base Salary Range

    $48, $66,450.00

    The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
