Description

We are currently seeking a part-time employee for
Gymnasium in Mering, located in Albany, CA.

This position is for
19.5 hours per week and is initially temporary, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

The majority of work hours will be in the afternoon, starting at 3pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing various maintenance tasks and gardening duties to upkeep the school building and grounds.

We expect you to have:

Training in a trade, such as plumbing/heating, electrical work, or carpentry
Previous experience as a caretaker/housekeeper is preferred
A valid Class B driver's license (car)
Availability for weekend and evening shifts
Reliability and flexibility, including willingness to assist with winter maintenance
A friendly and professional demeanor
Teamwork skills
Due to the Measles Protection Act, all applicants born after 1970 must provide proof of measles vaccination or immunity/contraindication.
