Looking for Energetic person to work under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Branch Administrator handles the daily flow of work and administrative duties of the office.
Ensures the various needs of Branch Managers are supported, as well as those of the Sales Associates.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains listings, sales, settlements, and processes.
- Creates and distributes letters, memoranda, and other general office correspondence
- Orders Supplies, Keep Stock filled.
- Post to Social Media, Create Flyers, Brochures, etc
- Assit nurmerous job duties for the Manager and Assist Agents with task.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Five years of previous administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal communications skills and an ability to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially
Word, Publisher, Excel & PowerPoint.
