Join Crystal Springs as a
full-time Children's Program House Manager and help change lives in the Assonet, MA area.

We proudly provide competitive compensation of
$21.50 to $25.00 per hour, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus.

This bonus is disbursed in two installments:
$2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service.

Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week

YOUR DAY


As a Children's Program House Manager, you oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment aimed at enhancing the physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students.

You serve as a positive role model, facilitating the development of adaptive life skills.

Your duties encompass on-site management of the designated residence, including quality assurance, facilitation of staff training and development sessions, and oversight of personnel scheduling.

Direct reporting is to the director of residential services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)
