Your tasks

Responsible for the technical and personnel organization of quality management at the production plant in Braunschweig
Conducting analyses to identify weaknesses, including developing, initiating, and implementing appropriate measures
Responsible for the development and promotion of employees in the quality department
Continuous improvement of quality performance, including supporting escalation and corrective action processes
Ensuring that all processes and procedures for problemsolving methods (8D report, A3, Ishikawa) are followed
Participation and support in projects of the central quality management in the implementation of new quality management systems, certifications, and audits
Maintaining and building an internal and external network to improve collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and internal central departments

Your profile

Technical degree or technician training
Several years of professional experience in quality management
First experience in an internationally operating automotive supplier company (serial supplier) or relevant service providers
Indepth knowledge of methods and tools in the quality field (FMEA, ISHIKAWA, 8D)
Fluent in German and English
