Description
  • Responsible for complementary products (products based on non-SAP technology) in the customer environment at McBride
  • Provide administrative support for the operation of complementary products in the customer environment
  • Handle incidents and problems through the incident and problem management process, using ticketing tools
  • Plan, execute, and monitor capacity changes and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with product specialists to analyze and troubleshoot errors in the operation of complementary products
  • Prepare for changes related to updates, upgrades, and release modifications
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, IT security requirements, and implement service improvements
  • Develop rules and operational standards for complementary products in the customer environment
  • Continuously improve established automation solutions for complementary products in the customer environment
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
  • At least four years of experience in operating complex system landscapes
  • Extensive technical expertise in administering server applications on Windows Server
  • Knowledge of databases (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, NoSQL databases)
  • Experience with web applications based on Tomcat and IIS
  • Certification in relevant areas preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
  • Basic knowledge of project management desired
