Specialized ABA, LLC is a boutique Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) company in DeLand, Florida.

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians with experience to join our team and help us provide top-notch ABA services to children in the greater DeLand area.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior plans
• Providing direct ABA therapy to clients and tracking their progress
• Collecting data
• Completing thorough, detailed session notes
• Collaborating with team members
• Communicating and coordinating services with all providers and caregivers

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
• Current Medicaid provider number and NPI number
• Minimum of 1 or more years of experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental delays and behavioral concerns
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures and experience using them in direct care settings
• Strong communication skills
