Description

The Media Coordinator is responsible for executing internal and external media initiatives, conducting outreach, managing dashboards, developing and maintaining reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The Media coordinator would also need to have a basic understanding of media editing software.


RESPONSIBLITIES:

Coordinate Media Content:

  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their media requirements and objectives.
  • Organize media assets including artwork, videos, and other multimedia materials.
  • Execute media campaigns and initiatives to promote Forest Home's Program Events including but not limited to videos, thematic artwork, incamp materials, etc.

Editing for Artwork and Videos:

  • Utilize editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools to perform edits on artwork and videos.
  • Adjust image sizes, color balance, resolution, and other elements as necessary to meet project specifications.
  • Enhance visual appeal and quality while maintaining brand consistency across all media materials.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of edited media to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and iterate on edits as needed.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are errorfree before distribution.

Media Production Support:

  • Assist in the production of multimedia content by providing technical support during filming, recording, or other production activities.
  • Manage, train and ensure timely execution of all content and timelines from in camp photographers and videographers.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with marketing, design, vendors, and content teams to align media initiatives with overall marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of media assets.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment by sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.

CRM Management and Follow-up:

  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, leads, and data effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate data entry, including contact information, communication history, and customer preferences.
  • Segment customer data to facilitate targeted communication and personalized outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely manner to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Reporting and Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate partnership results and insights to internal and external audiences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Senior Director.
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to utilized editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about Forest Home's mission and vision.
  • Strong understanding of remote work technologies, including video conferencing, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment, both remotely and inperson.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
