Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to operating machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:


  • Operate and maintain machinery according to standard operating procedures
  • Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and programming adjustments
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions
  • Assemble components or parts as required
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:


  • Proficient in welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Experience with programming and operating CNC machines
  • Familiarity with tooling setup and adjustments
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
