**Looking for a Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance in a small dental office. Must have good communication skills speaking and writing. This is a 32 hours a week position(Full time and paid hourly, without health insurance but include dental benefits.) Monday

• Thursday 9AM to 5 PM and Fridays (9AM to 1 PM). One Saturday a month 9AM to 1 PM. This is a longterm position.**
  MUST NOT BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN SCHOOL. PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW, THANK YOU

Duties include but are not limited to

:

• Greeting patients and checking them into the facility.
• Answering phones and taking messages.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Multitasking
• Sending Dental Insurance Claims and processing insurance payments
• Billing patients.
• Following up with patients
• Sending prescription medications.
• Verifying insurance benefits.
  Entering information into electronic health records (EHR).

• Opening, closing, and cleaning office space.

- occasionally able to lift 30lbs
- light dental assisting duties.

• Logging Lab cases. Dropping off deliveries as needed
• Past high school sports experience a plus.

This is a Fast Paced position. Please be able to multitask and have competent computer knowledge. ALSO BE A FAST LEARNER.
General office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office cleanliness


Experience:

Minimum one year of receptionist, administrative experience, or restaurant server preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

:


High school or GED equivalent required.

Prefer experience in Customer service, Fast foods, restaurant waiter, Bilingual

Must live relatively close to the office (zip 22152)

No criminal histories

Good Verbal and writing skills

Some computer knowledge

Long term work history(short term or sporadic work history will not be considered)

There will be a dress code, no visible tattoos, long nails, excessive piercings please.
