Brief Job Description:

Supportemployees in all facets of technology;is also the first contact to remedy employee issues related to email, security, hardware, software, phones, etc.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing ticketing system, timely response to end user requests, and escalating issues to other members of the IT team when necessary
• Helpdesk tasks including changing passwords, installation of printers, implementing security on file servers, etc.
• New user setup, maintenance of user accounts, and closing accounts in various systems (Active Directory, Zoom, etc.)
• End user hardware support
• Handling purchase requests
• Installation and maintenance of multiple software applications
• Microsoft Office support
• Support of Zoom Phones

Requirements for this position include:

• Efficient response to tickets, email, and phone requests
• Experience with user account support in various software systems, primarily AD
• Ability to evaluate reported issues and escalate the issue if necessary
• Willingness to travel to alternate LS locations across both regions
• Effective communication
• Attention to detail
• Desire to deliver strong and reliable customer support
• Understanding that our business and client information is highly confidential and a willingness to protect our client and employee data
