What to expect

As an intern, you will be involved in national and international projects from the beginning, focusing on company transactions, particularly financial due diligence and company valuation (valuation and financial modeling).

You will also assist your team in researching company information and market trends, as well as analyzing financial statements. You will contribute to capital market analyses, as well as competitive, market, and industry research. You will have real responsibility for your own tasks within our projects, which you will handle independently. Additionally, you will support us in creating presentations and handling administrative tasks.

What you bring

You have a degree in economics, business mathematics or informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar field, preferably with a focus on corporate finance, controlling, and/or finance.

You have strong analytical skills and a precise working style, as well as flexibility and openness to new and diverse tasks.

You are a team player with commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and excellent communication skills in German and English.

You are available for at least 3 months, preferably longer.
