The Family Support Team Leader is responsible for adhering to the guidelines of the Illinois Birth to Three Standards, in conjunction with DCFS Licensing Standards, Family Support Principles and Premises, and the District 65 Evanston Early Learning Standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in education or the field of social work.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in supervising staff and working with families with birthtofive year old children in the home or in the center is required.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills and good organizational and management skills; computer proficient; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
