Description

As an Architectural & Design Sales Manager at New Meadows, your mission is to provide result-oriented support to architects and interior designers in your area.

You will offer comprehensive and personalized solutions to each client, with the goal of increasing sales growth and profitability.

*Your responsibilities:
  • Represent the Neolith brand
  • Present our material and its applications
  • Provide expert advice and assistance on our product range
  • Train and support customers on technical issues
  • Monitor and analyze market developments and align actions with the sales management
  • Take responsibility for results and sales in your territory (annual budget)
  • Independently write customer visit reports in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Represent Neolith at trade shows
  • Acquire new contacts
*Requirements:
  • Business or technical education
  • Basic understanding of business administration
  • Experience in field sales and sales experience
  • Structured and organized work style
  • Ability to independently organize activities and work successfully in a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give short presentations to clients
  • Friendly demeanor, good teamwork, and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills, customer-oriented problem-solving, and ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with the CRM system Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
