The right person will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high volume free standing fine dining restaurant. Must possess leadership skills directing multiple food and beverage outlets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws. Organized union & Hotel experience preferred.

Branded experience preferred


Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
