Job Summary:

As a Pressure Washer Foreman, at Camvie Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of pressure washing technicians in performing cleaning tasks on various surfaces.

This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in operating pressure washing equipment, and the ability to ensure high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of pressure washing technicians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Plan and organize daily work schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Inspect work sites to assess cleaning requirements, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety measures.
Train new team members on proper pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets, equipment maintenance logs, and project documentation.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pressure washing or related field, with a minimum of [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment, including knowledge of different nozzle types, pressure settings, and cleaning solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working with pressure washing equipment and chemicals.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing work environments.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in pressure washing or related fields are a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to [X] pounds) and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
Stamina and agility to maneuver equipment and access hardtoreach areas.
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, including safety goggles, gloves, and respirators.
