Position Description:

At Global Business Services, we support employees and managers in implementing daily HR processes.

In close collaboration with our global Business Services Center in Manila, we ensure smooth operations and take care of all HR matters for our employees.

We are constantly striving to improve or adapt our processes to provide the best service for our employees and managers.

We are currently looking for support for our team in Germany at our Sulzbach location.

Your tasks can also be partially completed remotely, as agreed upon.


Your future duties and responsibilities:


  • Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • Quality assurance of employment references and other HR-related documents
  • Processing of HR cases in collaboration with the global Business Service Center
  • Support with administrative tasks and HR processes
  • Resolving individual HRrelated inquiries
  • Assisting with compiling reports
  • Supporting with creating presentations


As you can see, the tasks are very diverse and are aimed at students who are interested in gaining exciting insights into HR management at a global corporation and taking on responsibility.

You will not be working alone, but will be part of a highly experienced team that will support you with any questions or concerns.
