Overview:
As a Table Games Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the table games department, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Table Games Department
- Process payroll for Table Games as well as tracking tips, PTO time and other employee related forms and paperwork
- Screening of mail and incoming calls for TG Director and TG Managers
- Transcribing and distributing minutes for meetings
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order supplies for the administrative department, Table Games department, including contacting vendors when needed
- Mailing, Emailing and faxing information as need by Table Games Director and Managers
- Complying and following through to the completion of any information needed for HR or other departments regarding Table Games personnel
- Monitor Gaming License expirations and employee performance review dates
- Filing general and personnel files
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Three years minimum experience in an administrative role
- One year of casino related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking abilities
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
