- Lead the workstreams impacting US Procurement in Scope 3
- Collaborate with Reynolds Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Team and its related workstreams as well support with any updates or deliverables out of Reynolds AI ESG Steering Committee.
- Active participation, deploy and track for RAI USA Procurement any Global ESG strategy, processes, and any KPIs. Preparing, tracking, and analysing reports, ESG RFx, menu cards, monitoring and leading the achievement of US ESG agenda
- Support Reynolds USA Buyers, Category Managers and Sourcing Managers with supplier calls and monitoring of deadlines on ESG initiatives. Meet with buyers and their suppliers working closely with the ESG partners.
- Lead ESG capability build efforts as well as any related trainings in US in collaboration with Global Procurement and local business partners (ie BC&S, LEX, etc)
- Support in the content development and delivery of Procurement ESG training, presentations, dashboards
- Organize and lead ESG events with external parties when required (ie supplier's ESG forums, Summit, etc)
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience Or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience in ESG.
- Experience in Procurement Sustainability, Environmental, Social, Governance
- Scope 3 emissions and/or ESG Project management with relevant ESG legislation/regulation knowledge (such as ERP, GDPR guidelines).
- Procurement processes experience, ie: Supplier Management
- The ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills to be able to analyse complex data sets, distil key insights, and interpret trends and data outliers.
- Analytical mindset, but also critical and creativity to seek, encourage and find non-traditional approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, .
- Progressive procurement experience and leading teams.
- Experience working in a global organization in a matrix structure (highly desirable)
- Preferably, candidates that would have experience working in a highly regulated environment.
