We are currently seeking multiple Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our location in Bockenheim, Costa Mesa, CA.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Making outbound calls exclusively to business customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • No sales involved
  • Training for multiple projects, approximately 2 weeks of onboarding
  • Independent telephone work

Your qualifications:


  • Fluent in German
  • No previous experience required
  • Open to career changers
  • Polite and professional communication skills
  • Enjoy talking on the phone
  • Reliable and responsible
