Chicago area boutique advertising agency is looking for a full-time Integrated Media Associate.

In this position, you would be responsible for the planning, execution and reconciliation of traditional and digital media campaigns in multiple markets across the country.

This person will work directly with our Media Director and Digital Director.


Responsibilities:

• Research and negotiate efficient media schedules across platforms
• Understanding of traditional media terminology; rating points, CPP etc
• Understanding of digital media terminology; impressions, CPMs etc
• Knowledge of the digital media landscape and targeting available
• Analyze media results to evaluate the most effective media mix
• General knowledge of digital terminology and strategy
• Analytical skills with an ability to solve problems
• Experience in buying media
• Experience in trafficking media schedule
• Facilitate media invoice reconciliations
• Facilitate correspondence with media companies
• Ability to understand and decipher qualitative data
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Endeavor to work in a remote team environment
• Support both the digital and traditional media department

Requirements:

• Experience working with Strata Media or other media buying software
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years Media Buying experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience/Exposure to traditional media buying and digital media buying

Remote/Hybrid

Requirement:
Chicago Based as 1x per month in the office is required

$55, $60,000.00 per year
