    Growing Manufacturing company in Hayward, CA is looking to add a Corporate Controller to the teamWhat's In It For You? Help create and build a solid accounting and finance teamStable, successful, and growing organization Excellent compensation

    Key Responsibilities:

    Own all financial reporting for international manufacturing consolidation, with operations from 7 sites in 5 different countries, both in the US & AsiaIntegrate 2 acquisitions done in the 4th quarter of 2022, with potentially additional acquisitionDrive all Management Reporting, Bank Reporting, GAAP Reporting, and Covenant calculationsPrivate equity environment and related reporting & management supportManage & drive all audits of an international company, working w/ local accounting teams to complete divisional audits and consolidated auditsSupport external tax preparers to meet tax filing requirements, all while working with local teamsLead improvement in all general accounting functions, AP, AR, GL, and closing processesPrepare budgets, strategic planning & financial projectionsLead future M&A integration processDrive cash management, cash reporting & cash projectionsDevelop and analyze Capital Spending ROIAnalyse monthly results compared to the prior year and budget, with the purpose of helping to drive EBITDA improvementLead corporate analysis and divisional manufacturing & financial results w/ local teamsDrive inventory & costing accounting and analysis for all divisionsDevelop foundational accounting & reporting infrastructureStreamline accounting functions and operationsQualifications:A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar field10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial positionRelevant experience in a Manufacturing environment and International experience is requiredPrevious experience working with Epicor or similar ERP systemsExperienced in GAAP reporting and Inventory & Cost accounting is requiredExperience in a private equity environment or big 4 accounting is a big plusAbility to adapt and handle a changing work environment while completing essential job duties and functionsCertified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant is advantageousCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $124, $209,000.
