We are currently seeking a Site Manager (m/f/d) in the field of road and civil engineering at ESWE Versorgungs AG, the energy provider for the state capital of Hesse (electricity, gas, heat, renewable energies) with a continuously growing market share throughout Germany.

What are the responsibilities of this position? Coordinating, monitoring, and implementing measures for quality assurance and surface restoration in the areas of gas, water, and district heating supply as part of projects and house connections.

Creating billing measurements using current measurement methods.

Monitoring the timely and professional execution of work for backfilling and compaction of trenches, as well as surface restoration in compliance with technical regulations, occupational safety, and security regulations.

Conducting individual acceptance of major construction projects and handing them over to the road construction authority.


What qualifications are we looking for? Completed further training as a road construction master with knowledge in surveying or as a technician in surveying technology with knowledge in civil and road construction.

Knowledge of DVGW regulations, as well as VOB, RSTO, ZTV, and UVV seminars. Good MS Office skills. Knowledge of CAD/GIS systems is desirable. Valid driver's license (class B).
