Poolsure, An Aquasol Company, is searching for a
Field Operations Manager to join and help lead our team in
Houston, TX.


The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the team members, fleet and distribution facility within their assigned location, while providing a safe and collaborative work environment.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the day to day activities for a team of CMV drivers and Field Service Technicians
  • Provide support to CMV and nonCMV drivers for troubleshooting mechanical issues when they are on the road (flat tire, etc)
  • Manage equipment and supplies within the facility
  • Provide routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, as needed
  • Process and investigate incidents as required
  • Perform monthly vehicle inspections on all company vehicles
  • Ensure the fleet is up to date on the Preventative Maintenance (PM) logs
  • Provide performance feedback and on the job training to team members
  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback throughout the interviewing and hiring process
  • Experience hiring and training CDL Drivers and/or Field Technicians
  • Build a positive culture and work environment.

Requirements:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Must be proficient working in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) fleet management knowledge
  • Facilities management experience
  • At least five years of related management experience
  • Must possess knowledge and good understanding of mechanical troubleshooting
  • At least 1 year of commercial driving experience, or supervising a team a commercial drivers
  • The desire and ability to take ownership in the operation and be available on a flexible schedule as needed.
