    The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned and innovative problem solver who collaborates with a diverse team to enhance the member experience. You will be responsible for translating concepts into strategies and features, overseeing product development from inception to completion. We seek someone who thrives in a team environment, yet can take the lead in introducing new ideas and initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing product performance and making necessary redesigns
    • Designing, developing, and overseeing activities from product planning to release
    • Prioritizing and managing trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
    • Collaborating across teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
    • Developing product positioning and messaging that sets WellTrust Medical apart in key market segments
    • Driving product lifecycle processes, including research, analysis, planning, roadmap development, and launch
    • Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for development teams
    • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure product success and resource optimization for the organization

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Over 10 years of experience in product management
    • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or similar role
    • Previous experience managing products throughout their lifecycle
    • Preferably, background in the healthcare industry
    • Familiarity with API processes
    • Experience in software development and program management is beneficial
    • Knowledge of Agile framework
    • SCRUM Certification would be advantageous
    • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Must be able to work in-person at uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters five days a week
