Description

This is a fully remote position
The Headstrong Project Inc.

is a non-profit mental health organization providing confidential, barrier-free, and stigma-free trauma-focused treatment to veterans, service members, and family connected to their care.

Our Core Values are Teamwork, Growth, Curiosity, Transparency, Agility, DEI, Accountability, Impact and Resilience. We are a team deeply committed to our mission to support those who have answered the call to serve. People are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. Individual passion, talent and experience activate our collective impact.

Currently operating out of 15 states plus the District of Columbia, The Headstrong Project (THP) connects clients to care via a national clinical partner network of trauma experts in private practice.

THP offers a concierge client-therapist matching process and then pays for the first 30 treatment sessions.

In addition to fast access and an emphasis on confidentiality, these differentiators make us unique in the nonprofit mental health space.

Our commitment to measuring clinical outcomes and continuous improvement makes us appealing to clients and stakeholders.
