    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Brooklyn, NY. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with project management. This position offers IBEW Electrical Union Benefits (Local 3).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist with submittals, drawings and project documentation
    • Take meeting minutes
    • Work with construction management software
    • Visit job sites and perform surveys

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
    • Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant filed a plus
    • Proficient in Bluebeam a plus
    • Proficient in Procore a plus
