Job Description Job Description**A Late Night Programming show is seeking an Assistant to Producer to join their Production Staff. This is a staff role with an end date and is anticipated to last until September 2025.


Responsibilities:


  • Primary role is to provide support to show Producer.
  • Assist in copying and distributing scripts and rundowns.
  • Answering phones and taking messages.
  • Conduct online research relevant to sketches and material being written for the show.
  • Keeping up with changes as scripts are rewritten throughout the week.
  • Work across multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Oversee the business and personal calendar.
  • Arrange all travel bookings and accommodations.
  • Collect and submit expense reports.
  • Giftsending, errands, office organization, supply inventory & more.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Basic Requirements**:


  • Prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed fulltime from an NBCUniversaldesignated worksite.
  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.   • Hourly salary range: $ $20.00
