Responsibilities
- You will build the sea freight department from scratch.
- You will be responsible for all operational tasks and handle all customer communication.
- You will coordinate shipments by sea and land to their final destination.
- You will lead and manage a small team of 2 employees.
- You will oversee the entire transport process and maintain close contact with your customers' decision makers.
- You impress us with a completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding specialist or shipping clerk.
- You have 3 years of professional experience after your apprenticeship.
- You have already built a wellstructured network with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and agents.
- Your account management expertise is demonstrated through significant revenue growth.
- With your sales mentality, you stand out from your competitors.
- You speak German fluently and have good English skills.
- You already have a clear vision of how you will plan the development of a new department for the next 5 years.
