We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your main duties will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining patient records.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls
  • Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records systems Dentrix ascend.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

  • Experience _
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a dental office. Employee with dental office setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and knowledge of dental scheduling systems is also beneficial.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience with Dentrix ascend is preferred
