Nursing specialist for consultation assignments (m/f/d)

Your task:

As a nursing advisor for consultation according to § 37.3 SGB XI, you visit recipients of nursing allowance at home and get an idea of the nursing situation.

Through your nursing expertise and practical tips, you strengthen the quality of home care.

You are also a competent contact person for questions from the care recipients and their caregivers and check the provision of care.

You conduct your consultations as a home visit or via video call.

Your profile:
You are a qualified nursing specialist (m/f/d) and have professional experience, ideally in outpatient care. You enjoy traveling in your region and have a class B driver's license.

You are empathetic and reliable in your approach and know how to put the clients and their needs at the center of your conversation.

You are familiar with digital applications. You are looking for meaningful work with social relevance.
