What to expect

  • A 24-month trainee program that prepares you for your future role as a project manager or subject matter expert
  • In the first 18 months, you will rotate through all important areas (Project Management Office, SC Controlling, SC Technology Development, SC Project Management, Viega:fit) and get to know your contacts and the interfaces between departments
  • You will work independently on project-related tasks in the areas of production development, process optimization, project management, and production controlling, and have the opportunity to further develop your personal strengths
  • In a 6-month focus phase, you will be prepared for a potential target position
  • Your mentor will support you throughout the entire trainee program

What we're looking for

  • You have a Master's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and have completed it with above-average success
  • You have practical experience through internships or related work experience, preferably in an international setting
  • You have strong analytical skills, can quickly grasp complex topics, and are passionate about process analysis
  • You have excellent German and English language skills
