We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) in the field of building services for one of our long-standing clients in Petersburg, TN.

Our client is highly regarded across industries as a capable and competent partner for all questions related to small and large projects.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the construction supervision of complex projects in the field of technical building services
You will ensure the timely and compliant realization of construction projects within your technical area of expertise
You will coordinate with the planning and project management teams, as well as external contractors, to ensure timely completion of construction projects
You will coordinate the various contractors in terms of type, time, and location of their services, monitor and document the progress of construction projects, and ensure the implementation of quality requirements with a holistic view of the construction site
You will organize, coordinate, and lead construction meetings

Qualifications:

You have a degree in engineering, master's/bachelor's degree, or technician qualification in the field of building services, electrical engineering, or a comparable education
You have a selfmotivated, dedicated, and structured approach to work, while also being a team player
You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel within Germany
Ideally, you have previous experience as a construction supervisor in the field of technical building services
You value flexibility and enjoy working directly on construction sites
You possess a strong sense of responsibility, coordination skills, communication abilities
