- Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required.
- 7 years of Systems Analyst experience (Finance/Lending industry experience a plus).
- Extensive experience with management and administration of Clarity systems, including the Modern UX (MUX).
- Experience calculating Clarity license usage and maintaining compliance.
- Strong experience with various project management and software development lifecycle methods such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
- Experience documenting detailed technical requirements and user acceptance criteria, and understanding potential impact to other functions, reports, and modules within the system.
- Ability to identify opportunities to drive value for the organization through targeted analysis contributing to improved leverage of the Clarity system.
- Preparation of process mapping using diagraming software, writing technical documentation including system requirement specification (SRS), functional requirement specification (FRS), system/application architecture.
- Experience working with others to define the business problem; identify possible solutions; their requirements; and their risks, concerns, and limitations.
- Understanding of enterprise security regarding Broadcom Clarity, its upstream systems, as well as an understanding of least-privilege principles.
- Proven record of managing multiple vendors; including coordinating and escalating with vendors for support, one-off fixes, and contract renewals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with a focus on delivery within a rapidly changing environment.
- Provide training and support to internal customers related to Clarity, and team processes, policies, and procedures.
- Fundamental understanding of data modeling and database concepts (RDBMS, ETL, SQL), a plus.
- Experience in scripting e.g., PowerShell, UNIX shell and/or VBScript, a plus.
- Experience with Clarity advanced reporting (Jaspersoft) and XOG GEL scripting, a plus.
- Experience with SaaS deployments and their associated technologies, including TCP, HTTPS, SSL, SSO, etc., a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams focusing on delivery in rapidly changing environments.
- Proven success in a support or customer facing role.
- Previous financial or accounting experience is a plus.

Job Summary
This position as a Senior Systems Analyst is to support a given application or applications at a high level. This may entail some computer programming, system administration skills, adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements to applications, and the ability to analyze a given problem, diagnose it and find its root cause, and then either solve it or pass the problem on to the relevant people if it does not lie within the system analyst's area of responsibility. A systems analyst will need the skills to support custom applications programmed with a variety of programming languages and using a variety of database systems and middleware systems. You will be a form of 2nd level line technical support. The role may or may not involve some customer contact but most often it involves getting some description of the problem from helpdesk, making a diagnosis and then either creating a fix or passing the problem on to someone who is responsible for the actual problem area. You will need to effectively adapt to change, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and have an exceptional ability to provide detail, which are especially critical to our department's tight deadlines and ever-changing demands.
Application administration responsibilities include but are not limited to: Broadcom Clarity
• Coordinate, test, and implement Clarity modules, enhancements, and integrations through projects and initiatives.
• Collect requirements for system changes, perform solution analysis for enhancement requests, and assist with implementation and configuration of Broadcom Clarity upgrades and system enhancements.
• Design, architect, develop/configure, and deploy custom solutions and integrations for that bank's Clarity PPM system.
• Provide level one support for the Clarity system that includes, but not limited to, trouble tickets, user administration, PPM tool support, report writing and system maintenance.
• Maintain ongoing system and application administration functions; integrating and configuring new application features and reporting; performing upgrades and applying patches to provide enhancements to the application; utilizing troubleshooting techniques to diagnose system problems, determine root cause, and following through to resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system design and configuration and process documentation on system management and maintenance.
• Coordinate and lead after hours support for system patching, upgrades, or outage management, as needed.
• Maintain relationship with external vendors; including the coordination and management of vendor resources assigned to internal Clarity projects and initiatives, ensuring a successful delivery of system enhancements and new features.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of Clarity system development and offerings from Broadcom, keeping apprised of new functionality with each release.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal customers including IT project managers, corporate project management office, and project governance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Complete all required compliance training.
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
This role is a member of the Project Management Office ensuring the project development process follows the Project Management Methodology and Project Management Office standards and the implementation of Clarity is aligned to these goals.
This role also needs to be adept at working within a team, with technical and non-technical customers. They will need to effectively adapt to change, work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. As a member of the Project Management Office team they will also be asked to mentor junior members in all products and processes utilized within the team.
