- Responsible for installing and troubleshooting software on desktops and laptops.
- Responsible for quoting, purchasing, and managing local IT services and hardware (Laptops, licenses, etc.)
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to corporate-related standards.
- Install Bose customized Repair, Remanufacturing, and Warehouse systems.
- Demonstrate and ensure a strong customer service commitment within the organization.
- Collaborates with the IT Global Tier 3 department and corporate IT services to restore services and/or identify problems.
- A high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware and networking disciplines
- IT networking engineering; proficient with routing, switching, TCP/IP, IPSEC, and network firewalls.
- VMware, Windows, and/or Linux operating systems
- Information security and automation mindset
- Experience resolving hardware and software application conflicts and solution options quickly.
- Interaction with global operations support teams in the role of 3rd level support handling escalated issues.
