Employee for the Foreigners Authority:
in the Department of Public Order, Foreigners and Citizenship Division, to be filled as soon as possible and on a permanent basis.
The tasks include in particular:
- Tasks according to the Foreigners Law
- Receiving, issuing, extending and issuing of residence permits, toleration and fictitious certificates
- Maintenance, recording and processing of all data based on notifications from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), registration offices, courts
- Creating, maintaining, requesting, scanning, submitting, withdrawing and sending the foreigner's file
- Preparing letters to authorities and individuals
- Processing all information regarding registration, change of address and deregistration of foreign persons
- Tasks in the service area of the Foreigners Authority
- Issuing residence permits, travel documents and collecting the prescribed fee
- Updating address changes on residence permits
- Collecting biometric and personal data using personalization and identification components
- Clarifying and advising on simple matters related to residence law and local conditions
Our expectations:
required:
- Completed training as a public administration clerk or comparable relevant qualifications (such as: legal clerk, specialist for labor market services, legal and notary assistant, social insurance clerk) or
- Business management clerk
desirable:
- Foreign language skills in English, French or Russian
