We proudly represent the French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon Bistro, Bouchon Bakery, Ad Hoc, The Surf Club Restaurant, La Calenda, and RO Restaurant & Lounge.
This role will work to support our Florida destinations, The Surf Club Restaurant and Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables.
Located within the Four Seasons Hotel at the iconic Surf Club, Chef Kellers restaurant honors the locations history of good times and grand parties with classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience. Like the swinging patrons of the '50s and '60s hotspots this restaurant celebrates, The Surf Club Restaurant knows how to have fun.
Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables occupies the historic La Palma building constructed in 1924 with restaurant interiors designed by long-time Bouchon collaborator Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design in New York City. The menu offers seasonally driven French bistro fare and is the third Bouchon Bistro for Chef Keller, following his flagship location in Yountville, CA, and Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas, NV.
We are looking for a career-minded Human Resources professional who would like to expand their experience in the field. The ideal candidate for this position has at least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager for a chef-driven restaurant group, has solid knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, is self-motivated, very well-organized, and able to meet deadlines with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience handling employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA/CFRA/PDL/PFL, and compliance reporting. Experience handling visa processes is desirable but not required.
