WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Preparing and post recording required journal entries to record business activity including intercompany transactions accurately.
  • Reconciling accounts and including the proper elimination of intercompany balances during consolidation.
  • Analyzing intercompany transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records in QuickBooks, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses for management review and decisionmaking.
  • Providing insights into financial performance, trends, and variances through detailed analysis of financial data.
  • Assisting in monthend and yearend closing processes, including preparing and posting adjusting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial close activities in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Assisting in providing documentation and support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Developing and implement best practices and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and journal entries.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Guidehealth's compensation structure includes more than just base salary.

We believe in providing world-class benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, long and short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401k plan with a generous match.

Our paid time off program includes paid holidays and flexible time that focuses on meeting the demands of the position and our clients, while providing the balance that our employees need.


The base pay range for this role is between $67,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices.

Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to:
skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
