CACI is seeking a
ServiceNow Engineer that has more than 15 years' experience managing the ServiceNow platform.
This is a subject matter expert that influences the development and integration of the platform in accordance with the ITIL methodology.
The successful candidate has a deep understanding of Configuration Management, the CMDB, discovery, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications using web services.
The role requires previous experience installing, troubleshooting, and application development in ServiceNow.Responsibilities
Working with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and negotiate current and future implementation efforts
Translating business requirements into technical requirements that are in alignment with the platform architecture and roadmap
Ensuring there is an appropriate balance between manual and automated testing by defining and socializing the testing framework that is followed by the scrum teams
Ensuring the software behaves as designed and at optimal performance levels
Identifying ways to improve the end-to-end development lifecycle from ingest to deployment
Ensuring that system documentation is in place at the appropriate level of detail and currency to include application design and code generation techniques during the during the development process
Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments
Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities
Leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts
Implementing ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Proven ability as a technical innovator in support of business and mission objectives
Strong understanding of Agile Development and software lifecycle related to service delivery
Experience with ServiceNow Development using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions
Experience with ServiceNow implementations to include
CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others
Ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization
Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a team environment
Experience with JavaScript, Web technologies - HTML or XML, and API integrations with other systems
ITIL V4 certification
