- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
- Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
- Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
- Coordinates Work Orders from Tenants with House Service Providers and outside Vendors after obtaining Owner Approvals for needed repairs and improvements.
- Meets targeted KPI's related to Client and Customer Satisfaction.
- Develop new relationships with Agent and Investor Communities
- Maintains Retention of Assign Clients
- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
- Some weekend and evening hours required

Our existing support staff will handle accounting, advertising, and administration duties. We use the best-of-class software and services to ensure that your efforts are as efficient as possible. Our Class A office suite shows off our professionalism when needed and our remote work policy lets you stay in the field as much as possible.
