- A degree in Electronic/Electrical engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in circuit design
- Experience in designs involving power conversion preferred
- Experience in board level designs that include FPGA, CPLD, DSP, and micro-controllers
- Proven design skills in product development environment
- Ability to read, interpret, understand, and comply with military, product, customer, and industry specifications
- Experience with PCB Layout software, OrCAD and/or PADS preferred
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and design rules
- Experience with component level modeling for SPICE and PSIM simulation software
- Knowledge of computer programming languages, C/C++ preferred
- Ability to meet schedule milestones
- Attention to detail when writing and releasing documentation
- Work independently and as part of a team

This position will coordinate design, specifications, and requirements for industrial electronic products as part of a greater cross-functional team within the Design Engineering group.
The frequency converter products range from 3.5 to 250kVA with output voltages of DC or 3-phase AC ranging from 40 to 800 Hz.
