Project Engineer PreSales / Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

Conducting customized solution presentations to decision-makers
Communicating customer feedback to product managers
Providing technical sales support
Project management in the system business
Co-managing the internal laboratory network, including the associated IP network infrastructure
Conducting tests in laboratory and field environments
Assisting customers with troubleshooting in collaboration with service/repair

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / telecommunications or equivalent education with IT knowledge
Relevant professional experience in PreSales / Customer Support is advantageous
Structured and independent approach
Strong and open communication skills with a team-oriented personality
