    Progressive Quality Care -About Progressive Quality Care:Our company is a family-owned business founded by Rose and Hugo Dancziger. We got our start with the 1960's purchase of the Little Flower Nursing Home in Parma, Ohio.

    They firmly believed in making every resident feel the warmth and caring of home as each became and integral part member of their new family.

    Rose and Hugo left a legacy for their children and grandchildren to emulate - to bring a sense of family and love into the lives of those in their care, to give each resident the respect and caring reserved for family, and to provide them with a home.

    We are committed to providing an excellent level of physical, medical, emotional, and spiritual support. We believe in Life Enrichment and embracing the good during these more difficult times in our residents' lives.

    We are constantly changing and adapting with the ever-growing industry of long-term care, and our state-of-the-art, hotel-like facilities are the pinnacle of what long-term care should look like.

    At the heart of it all, we still operate like the family-owned company that we are, and value each other as much as we do our residents as we work together to be at the forefront of the industry with our ever-growing portfolio of long-term care communities.

    Are you one of Ohio's leading Nuring Home Administarors? Do you have 2 years experience as an Administrator in Ohio? Have you worked in the Long-Term Care industry in Ohio for more than 5 years and are newly licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator? Are you a self-starter with a passion for long term care? Are you tired of the constant conference calls and reports? Are you an administrator that prefers to spend their time where is really matters on the floor with your residents and staff?
    If you answered yes to those questions, then Progressive Quality Care is where you belong.

    We view our administrators as the CEO of their building and give them the autonomy to make the necessary decisions in order to make their building a success.

    We dont bog our administrators down with conference call after conference call and report after report. We give them support when support is needed and guidance when its requested.

    All we ask is that you do what it takes to make your building the number one skilled nursing facility in your area.

    We are continuing to grow with more brand-new nursing homes within the Cleveland area.
    Potential candidates must have a bachelors degree and hold a current Ohio Nursing Home Administrators license.

    We need administrators with the knowledge and skill set to know what it takes to lead a building to success.

    Must be knowledgeable of current state and federal nursing home regulations, good financial management awareness, and outstanding leadership qualities.

    The ideal candidate will have a high desire to make a difference in the lives of others, have outstanding customer service standards, and a passion to serve the elder population.
