- Provide comprehensive HR support for all staff, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring initiatives, from applicant screening to interview coordination and new hire orientation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Analyze and interpret HR policies and procedures, keeping administrators and staff informed of any updates.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities and training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with department heads and administrators to address employee relations issues and concerns.
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned.
