    If Hospitality Coordination is your passion this is the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support a boutique office space in Austin. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and friendly, with a winning balance of Customer Service and Administration skills. Candidate will use excellent verbal and written communication abilities to best serve members' and guests' needs and must thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

    • Act as first point of contact at the front desk: greeting guests and tracking walk-ins
    • Orient first-time members and short-term guests
    • Participate in the sales process by leading tours of the space and maintaining email communication with members and guests, to ensure 100% occupancy
    • Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access, and member welcome packets
    • Coordinate member engagements, community events/programs, partnerships, and supporting member networking
    • Coordinate conference room bookings and conference catering requests
    • Assist with technical, operational or facilities related member issues (printing, network mgt, phones)
    • Process mail service and package handling
    • Perform data entry and records maintenance as needed

    EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree Required
    • Minimum of 6 months Hospitality experience preferred, internship experience will be considered
    • Understanding of P&L reports, budgeting, and expenses preferred
