- Act as first point of contact at the front desk: greeting guests and tracking walk-ins
- Orient first-time members and short-term guests
- Participate in the sales process by leading tours of the space and maintaining email communication with members and guests, to ensure 100% occupancy
- Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access, and member welcome packets
- Coordinate member engagements, community events/programs, partnerships, and supporting member networking
- Coordinate conference room bookings and conference catering requests
- Assist with technical, operational or facilities related member issues (printing, network mgt, phones)
- Process mail service and package handling
- Perform data entry and records maintenance as needed
- Bachelor's degree Required
- Minimum of 6 months Hospitality experience preferred, internship experience will be considered
- Understanding of P&L reports, budgeting, and expenses preferred
