    *Act as first point of contact at the front desk for all members and guests, delivering excellent customer service

    • Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access and member welcome packets
    • Provide tours of the space for new members and answer questions regarding the space and the community
    • Seek and collaborate with local businesses for partnership opportunities
    • Assist in end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, etc.)
    • Manage conference room bookings and conference catering requests
    • Develop relationships with members which will in turn inform and inspire programming concepts and form brand loyalty
    • Ensure smooth operations of the space while providing an optimal member experience
    • Manage the office independently when Manager is out of the office
    *Bachelor's Degree

    • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality administration
