BRANCH MANAGER for our Salt Lake City, Utah location . This position will manage the overall operations and business performance of the Sales branch.
Key duties of the position include:
Manage sales branch processes, employees and function; effectively lead branch operations personnel to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Build strategic direction for the Sales Branch. Design, document and implement plans to meet sales branch goals.
Actively engage with branch sales personnel to identify, cultivate and close new business opportunities.
Serve a hands-on role in every aspect of projects, effectively monitor project status.
Build relationships with a variety of functions within the customer's organization.
Develop, implement and sales processes and protocols.
Perform regular industry climate assessments; identify current market trends for sales
forecasting/budgeting.
Regularly analyze market conditions and competition in order to develop strategic responses to opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline, though relevant professional experience in lieu of education will be considered.
A minimum of eight (8) years of Management and/or Sales experience is required. Experience in the modular industry desired.In addition, we require:
Ability to engage all levels of the organization; proven experience executing strategic initiatives to drive the sales process.
Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop sales goals and evaluate results.
Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations. P&L Management experience required.
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
Possess in-depth knowledge of related markets and industry.
Excellent problem-solving, communication collaboration, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
